Building effective power relations

In every human relationship there is the dimension of power that influences how people live and feel that relationship.

If we do not know how to deal with it or we do not know how to deal with it, we will often have a sense of abyss that makes our relationships lead to situations that are difficult to address and sometimes even to redirect.

Especially this is complicated in the relationships in the field of organizations where there is another type of power besides personal power, which is the structural power of the position.
