Terms and conditions of registration<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Content inscription<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L. facilitates inscriptions to sessions or workdays or training activities through its website.<\/span><\/p>\n

By enrolling in any of the training offered by this channel, the user has the right to complete the selected training \/ course \/ work \/ workshop (hereinafter referred to as training), as well as access to teaching materials and support services our professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n

The user will not be formally registered until he \/ she has completed the registration process and proceeded to pay the total amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make the payment the following modalities will be accepted: by bank transfer; through the Pay-pal system; or with credit card from the Pay-pal system (does not require registration).<\/span><\/p>\n

IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L. you can limit attendance to a maximum number of people per company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Considerations to available payment options<\/b><\/p>\n

From In Movement 2015, SL we offer as payment alternatives the bank transfer and the Pay-Pal system, also for credit cards. The cost of the chosen financial transaction is paid by the person who registers in the selected activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Changes and modifications<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

If there is a change of date or place in the organization of the activities, IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L. will inform the user with sufficient time via email and the web page.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the registration has been formalized, IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L. will admit a substitution in the registration of an assistant 5 business days before the activity occurs if there is a problem on the part of the assistant, these days, no change can be made.<\/span><\/p>\n

The user must communicate the change in writing, sending an email to inmovement@in-inmovement.com with the name and surname and ID number – his and the new assistant -, the name of the course or activity and the start date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return policy<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Once the registration is formalized, and in the event of a cancellation by the participant, IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L. will proceed as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

We define the\u00a0payment deadline<\/b>, equal to\u00a08 days\u00a0before the start of a specific training activity<\/b>.\u00a0It may happen that a training has a date for the face-to-face activity and another date for sending documentation. The activity start date will always be the information delivery date<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Example:<\/b>\u00a0Start of activity, with pre-reading information: 14.10.2019; Face-to-face training from 06.11.2019 to 10.11.2019. In this case, the\u00a0payment deadline is:\u00a006.10.2019<\/b><\/p>\n

If the cancellation occurs before the payment deadline, 90% of the total amount paid for the training will be returned; If the cancellation occurs after that payment deadline, and 1 week before of the face-to-face training, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellation by force majeure on the part of the participant, no cancellation penalty will be applied. In this case, IN MOVEMENT 2015, SL will proceed to reserve a place for the next edition of the program, and no refund of the amount paid will be made.<\/span><\/p>\n

The user must communicate the cancellation in writing, sending an email to inmovement@in-inmovement.com indicating the name and surname, the name of the course or activity and the start date, along with a copy of the ID.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of not reaching a minimum number of registrations, IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L. the right to cancel the training is retained, and consequently, to proceed to the return of the amounts to the users who had registered.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of return, IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L. will make an entry to the current account number that the user provided at the time of registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data Protection<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with Organic Law 15\/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and its Regulations for Development, we inform you that the personal data provided are part of the file “Customers” owned by the company, “IN MOVEMENT 2015, SL “, which have been collected for the purpose of managing their enrollment in training. For security, all information you provide is stored in the database of “IN MOVEMENT 2015, S.L.”<\/span><\/p>\n

In any case, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in said legislation, by writing to “IN MOVEMENT 2015, SL”, with registered offices in Gabriel y Galan, 16 – 3\u00ba 4\u00ba, (08026 ) of Barcelona (Spain), or by e-mail to lopd@in-inmovement.com, together with your identification through the DNI corresponding.<\/span><\/p>\n

Consent pictures<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Those attending a training give their permission for the recording of video, sound and photography, as well as the capturing of images of general plans as part of the audience, with the sole purpose of disseminating the event through our website and the different corporate channels in social networks<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
